IT Project Manager

Location: Hertfordshire (with international travel)

Through its centralised Estate Manager
, retailers can unify online and offline channels, manage promotions and inventory, enhance clienteling, and rapidly adapt their solutions without heavy vendor reliance.

We are seeking a business-critical Senior IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives, including:

• Application management and BAU oversight
• Tooling, configuration, and deployments of key deliverables
• Coordination and leadership of offshore teams
• Close collaboration with enterprise-level stakeholders

This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders, offering significant ownership and impact within a product-led organisation.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Technical PM or Technical Manager who enjoys hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.

• ✅ 10+ years’ experience in Software Delivery / Technical Project Management
• ✅ Proven track record managing enterprise-level stakeholders & governance frameworks
• ✅ Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• ✅ Demonstrated success delivering complex software projects

• Product-based company experience
• Retail, SaaS, or e-commerce environment
