Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary schools in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area . This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education staff looking to gain classroom experience.

• Supervising classes during teacher absence
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their work and maintaining focus
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confidence, flexibility, and a professional attitude
• A genuine interest in education
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Holds an enhanced DBS (or is happy to apply)
