- Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (Part-Time – 4 Days Considered)

- Champion Every Child – Ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, receive the best possible start to their education.
- Work Closely with Leadership – Be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to whole-school improvement.
- An Experienced EYFS Teacher or Current EYFS Lead – You have a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
- A Passionate & Creative Educator – You are committed to providing an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- A Strong Leader & Team Player – You can inspire, support, and develop colleagues while working collaboratively with the wider school team.
- A Strategic Thinker – You understand data, assessment, and school improvement processes.
- A Qualified Teacher (QTS) – EYFS specialism is desirable, but not essential.
