Education and Training

• Someone patient, empathetic, and dependable, looking for a career in the education and training sector
• Experience with children (SEN experience beneficial but not essential)
• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
• Able to commute to Ware reliably
• Passionate about supporting young people with diverse needs and becoming a SEN Teaching Assistant

• Providing tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs
• Working alongside teachers and specialists to deliver personalised learning
