Key Responsibilities
 
* Assist with commercial management of refurbishment projects
 
* Support both pre- and post-contract commercial duties
 
* Oversee subcontractor procurement and management
 
* Handle budgeting, cost reporting, and financial tracking
 
* Liaise with clients and resolve commercial challenges proactively
Ideal Experience
 
* Background with a regional main contractor
 
* Strong communication and commercial awareness
 
* Experience with in the social housing sector (preferred)
