Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Due to a strong and growing pipeline of sustainability-focused retrofit projects, they are expanding their delivery team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Retrofit Supervisor to oversee the delivery of retrofit and energy-efficiency works across multiple sites.

• Solar PV installations
• Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
• Internal & external insulation
• Window upgrades and wider fabric improvements

You will be responsible for supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and to a high standard.

• Day-to-day supervision of retrofit works on site
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring full health & safety compliance
• Monitoring quality, programme, and productivity
  
  Coordinating materials and site logistics
• Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams
• Reporting progress and supporting project handovers

• Proven experience in a Supervisor role within retrofit, maintenance, or construction
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, ASHP, insulation, and fabric works
• Experience working in occupied properties (preferred)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence

• £230 per day (UMB / CIS) - PAYE available
