MHS is seeking licensed Psychologists (Clinical or School) or Psychotherapists to join our dedicated Psychological Services team. At MHS, you’ll be part of a mission‑driven community that upholds the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the students. In this role, you’ll provide direct care, crisis intervention, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers to deliver holistic, coordinated mental health support in a resource‑rich and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to assigned students
Conduct assessments of psychopathology, risk, and incidents
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Participate in a shared on‑call rotation to provide 24/7 support
Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and educators
Provide consultation and training to staff and student sponsors
Advocate for students’ mental health and safety
Location: On-site in Hershey, PA
Minimum annual salary: $91,839.00 PHD level (commensurate with experience and degree) plus on call pay. Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) with employer contribution, paid time off, wellness programs, and free lunches
Union Affiliation: Milton Hershey Education Association (MHEA)
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology and current licensure as a psychologist required;
Doctoral degree in psychology, strongly preferred (LPC, LCSW, or Certified School Psychologist also considered)
Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy and assessment, preferably in a clinical or school setting
Strong crisis intervention and evidence‑based therapy skills
Proficiency in psychological testing and treatment planning
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Availability for on‑site hours and on‑call rotation
High ethical standards and sound professional judgment, serving as a role model for MHS students.
