This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician, based in Hershey, PA. The Service Technician will perform day-to-day responsibilities such as maintenance and repair tasks on restaurant equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing field service support. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure timely and effective service, assisting in maintaining operational efficiency for restaurant businesses.

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair for restaurant equipment, and handling preventive maintenance tasks
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC, refrigeration, and other restaurant equipment
• Experience in Field Service operations and the ability to respond promptly on-site
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or equipment repair are a plus
• Previous experience in restaurant equipment repair or a similar field is preferred
