Golf Shop Attendant - Hershey Club

Join the team at Hershey Country Club, a private, premier golf and recreation club. The club’s rich history of accolades, success, and chocolate combine to form a one-of-a-kind experience for individuals and families of all ages, and features 45 holes of golf on the championship East & West courses.

This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to all guests of Spring Creek Golf Course.

• Greeting guests
• Handling all cash, credit/debit/gift card, room charge, and member charge transactions
• Staging golf cars/push carts for play and cycling as required
• Scheduling starting times for golfers
• Performing shop opening and closing duties
• Answering telephone in a professional manner
• Following safety and cleanliness standards
  
  Performing other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Exceptional guest service and organization skills.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions.
• Ability to work independently and display leadership qualities, including initiative.
• Professional image representative of property image.

• Physical requirements include standing at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, and pushing and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
