Join the opening team at Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar, downtown Hershey’s newest restaurant and bar. Located near the iconic intersection of Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue, Hershey Social features bold flavors, signature cocktails, and over‑the‑top desserts inspired by Hershey’s chocolate roots.

This part‑time position is responsible for maintaining the bar areas, equipment, and assisting in the service of food and beverage to guests in a high‑paced environment. • Responsible for setting up, servicing, and storing the bar area.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and answer questions about wine, liquor, and cocktail menus.
• Abide by all state and federal liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintain the stock and cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors, refrigerators, and removal of trash.
• Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and other beverages.
• Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and bar breakdown.
• Assist with the monthly inventory process.
• Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.
• Maintain a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Restock bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.
• Assist the manager with liquor pickups and ordering processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to complete RAMP certification training.

• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
