Servers ensure fans receive an exceptional dining experience by providing timely, proficient service while staying attentive to guests’ needs.

• Provide warm, friendly service from the initial greet to the end of the experience.
• Possess proficient knowledge of the menu, explain choices, and answer questions.
• Upsell and suggest menu items, inform guests of promotions, happy hour specials, and upcoming events.
• Write orders accurately and quickly enter them into the POS system, timing the ringing of appetizers, kids' meals, entrees, and all requested items.
• Deliver or follow up on the delivery to ensure the order is excellent in every way.
• Practice pre-bussing, maintain table appearance, remove clutter, and check drink levels.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for age verification, preventing intoxication, and handling potentially intoxicated guests.
• Collect payment for drinks and/or food according to established accounting procedures.
• Keep the station clean, set up, and take down tables appropriately.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures during the shift.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative, harmonious climate.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Coach.

• Ability to write and read in English.
• Good, friendly, and people-oriented communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete and pass the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

• Stand 100% of the shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
• Deliver food, beverages, and clear tables, possibly lifting up to 50 lbs.
