Director of Marketing
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in Hershey with pay starting ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budget and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
