Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.
This position is responsible for the execution of daily operations for Retail locations within Hersheypark.

Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position)- Execute annual business plans for Retail locations within Hersheypark by directly overseeing the daily operations and managing a team consisting of both Full Time and Part Time employees.*
- Analyze department sales and processes, making adjustments as needed to drive revenue and monitor expenses. Present opportunities such as low performing areas and propose solutions to the management team.*
- Manage the day-to-day budget and expenses for Park Retail*
- Provide leadership to team members, ensuring standards support and encourage the values and mission of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. Actively participate in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and holding team members accountable.*
- Actively participate as a member of the management team by serving as MOD, sitting on committees, and assisting with employee events.*
- Resolve customer complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 4 years of related Amusement Park experience.
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Completion of high school or GED
- Associate’s degree
- Industry Experience - Retail
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
