Area Manager - Games

Hersheypark amusement park spans 121 acres, offering guests a range of attractions, including 70 rides, 15 coasters, and a water park. This full‑time role oversees daily operations for the Game Outlets within Hersheypark.

• Directly oversee the daily operations of several Game Outlets. Visit locations, work with team members, and provide coaching and leadership to ensure customers are assisted, outlets are stocked, visual merchandising displays are maintained, and employees are engaged.
• Analyze sales figures weekly and execute merchandise changeovers to ensure correct products are in the right place at the right time.
• Maintain inventory standards and ensure the team adheres to departmental SOPs, including requisitioning, transferring, cycle counting, and merchandise redemption.
• Serve as a management team member, acting as MOD, sitting on committees, and assisting with employee events.
• Address customer concerns and provide customer recovery.
• Address employee performance issues through coaching, discipline, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of related Hospitality/Tourism experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or relevant work experience (equivalent to 5 years).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Resorts Suite & Delphi is a plus.
• Friendly, upbeat, collaborates well with others, and interacts with guests.
• Effective communication skills and ability to relate with employees.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional appearance in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines.
