Part-time maintenance position with shifts primarly on the weekends. Will assist in the upkeep and repair of facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks and supporting skilled tradespeople to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

• Assistin Maintenance Tasks :
  
  Helpwithroutinepreventivemaintenance,minor repairs,andinstallationsofequipment, paintandlight fixtures.
• Conduct Inspections
  :
  
  Performregularinspectionsoffacilitiesandequipmentto identifyissuesandensureeverythingisfunctioningproperly.
• Respondto Requests
  :
  
  Addressemergencymaintenancerequestsandcomplete workordersinatimelymanner. Collaborate with staff and upper management to resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain Cleanliness
  :
  
  Keepmaintenanceareasorganizedandclean,ensuring tools and equipmentareproperlystored.
• Report Issues
  :
  
  Communicateongoingtasksandpotentialissuestothe maintenancesupervisorregularly.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge in the use of Microsoft programs (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

• One year’s experience in a maintenance field.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basicunderstandingofelectrical,plumbing,andHVACsystems a plus,with familiaritywithhandandpowertools.
• Working knowledge in related trades to building maintenance and repair
• Ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to work at heights, ladders, single, and double-man lifts.
• Strongattentiontodetailandtheabilitytotroubleshootissueseffectively.
• Maintenance setting,in commercial/industrialfacilitie.
  
  Therolemayinvolvebothindoor andoutdoortasks,requiringadaptabilitytodifferentenvironmentsandconditions.
