IT Specialist 1/IT Support Assistant, 2
- C. Telos Corporation seeks security-conscious professionals to protect vital IT assets and support cyber, cloud and enterprise security.

The position is based in the greater Hershey, PA area (Northeast PA region) and is contingent upon award.

• Operation and maintenance of various high speed/high-capacity multifunction printers
• Moving/relocating equipment within and between facilities
• Interviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery
• Repair/replace defective equipment
• Updating asset management system to reflect work performed
• Installing and maintaining PC hardware and software and applying specific configuration profiles
• Troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals
• Performing system backups and data recovery
• Resolving network communication problems
• E-mail administration
• Network security
• Preparing assets for disposition and other administrative duties
• Network operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with inside and outside plant operations
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Familiarity with cabling and splicing, etc.
• May involve transporting equipment between facilities within an assigned service area, as directed by an IT representative
• Responsible for all deployment, downloads, and local installations

• Education:
  
  High school diploma; basic IT support training including on-the-job training; 1-2 years relative experience; DOD Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Qualifications:
  
  Excellent customer service and organizational skills; strong written and verbal communications; professional attention to detail; accurate and timely submission of reports/documentation
• Licensed to drive a vehicle; ability to climb a 10 ft ladder and lift at least 40 lbs
• The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship
