Summary

The Hershey Company is transforming and expanding our Talent Acquisition capability to an integrated and digitalized process, focusing on an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for experienced talent scouts to join us in identifying and attracting executive talent to fuel our Snacking Powerhouse vision. The Hershey Executive Recruiting team is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and attract talent for executive level roles.

This position leads initial candidate identification, outreach, and will proactively build and deliver candidate pipelines through continuous research and sourcing. This is a sweet opportunity to work for a best-in-class organization and grow your HR career!

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, connect, and screen candidates for executive level roles.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and innovative search strategies and tools to develop a proactive and consistent pipeline of diverse, qualified talent appropriate for executive level roles and aligned to our most critical needs and skillsets.
  • Research and identify prospective candidates through networking, targeted company research, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive talent, keeping them engaged and serving as a Hershey brand ambassador in the external market.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably for executive level roles.
  • Experience with market mapping, proactive outreach to passive talent, and developing and maintaining talent pools/pipelines.
  • Well-versed with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools and methodologies for candidate selection.
  • Self-motivated with an insatiable quest for talent.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to connect with C-Suite executives.
  • Experience in CPG industry preferred.
