During a typical week as a Hersheypark Leadership Development Intern, you work as a Hersheypark Team Member, live alongside fellow interns, and develop your skills in our weekly professional development sessions.

2), you work as a Hersheypark Team Member, receive on-the-job leadership experience, and will participate in Professional Development opportunities designed to provide continuous learning and growth.

An Internship in Culinary at Hershey Country Club is focused on developing a strong operational capability in the student. Our students will be coached by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and senior line staff and be challenged to execute at a professional production level. Interns will learn banquet preparation, a la carte, and line positions. Culinary Intern is expected to bring a passion and focus on learning, maintain a professional demeanor, and be committed to the full term of the Intern/Externship.

An Internship in Culinary at The Hotel Hershey is focused on developing a strong operational capability in the student. Our students will work in the various kitchens, be coached by Sous Chefs and senior line staff and be challenged to execute at a professional production level. The Culinary Intern/extern is expected to bring a passion and focus on learning, maintain a professional demeanor and be committed to the full term of the Intern/Externship.

An Internship in Culinary at Hershey Lodge is focused on developing a strong operational capability in the student. Our students will work in the various kitchens, be coached by Sous Chefs and senior line staff and be challenged to execute at a professional production level. An individual practical cooking exercise will also be assigned to further develop the student’s skills. The Culinary Intern is expected to bring a passion and focus on learning, maintain a professional demeanor and be committed to the full term of the Intern/Externship.

Devon Seafood + Steak is an upscale seafood restaurant located in the Hershey Press Building. We utilize sustainable methods to offer fresh fish and premium steaks cooked on our wood-fired grill. As a Culinary Intern or Extern with the Hershey Entertainment Complex, you will assist and supervise at the Giant Center and Entertainment Complex with culinary kitchen operations, ordering and receiving items, managing inventory, and assisting with general supervision and staffing of part time and seasonal Culinary staff. The Entertainment Complex consists of Hersheypark (including Zoo America), Giant Center, and Hersheypark Stadium.
