This position assists restaurant management in overseeing guest service and satisfaction at the Hershey Lodge. As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee !

• Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation*
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges*
• Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones; and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality*
• Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns*
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Previous restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale computer and calculator.
• Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional image representative of company image.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.

• Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking and finger dexterity.
• The ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
• Ability to work a flexible eight-hour shift, breakfast, lunch, or dinner including weekends and holidays.
