Join the team at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, an award‑winning property featuring Hersheypark amusement park, GIANT Center arena, Hersheypark Stadium, Zoo America North American Wildlife Park, and Hershey Theatre. The Hersheypark Catering Area Manager reports to the Complex Hospitality Manager and supports the operational and managerial needs of catering throughout the complex.

• Supervise and facilitate catering operations for the assigned area. Monitor performance and ensure proper execution of catering agreements.
• Allocate staff and assist in preparing and maintaining catering outlets.
• Monitor financial results for the area and evaluate trends, processes, and productivity to meet performance goals.
• Purchase necessary supplies in accordance with catering agreements.
• Coordinate catering logistics with the sales team and ensure all catering events are properly supplied.
• Monitor guest communication and satisfaction levels and adjust operating standards to support a premium hospitality experience.
• Develop and implement training programs for seasonal staff and continue coaching staff for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Integrate processes with the sales team to meet client expectations.
• Formulate and cultivate growth strategies for future enhancements of the area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Serv Safe Certified (post‑employment).
• RAMP Certification (post‑employment).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.

• Industry experience in food and beverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Resorts Suite and Delphi is a plus.
• Friendly, upbeat, and works well with other employees; able to interact with guests.
• Effective communication skills and employee‑relation skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment &Spotify guidelines.

The position requires physical activities such as climbing ladders occasionally, climbing stairs frequently, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, reaching forward and overhead frequently, and repetitive wrist and finger movements. It also may involve varying environmentalewerk conditions including hot or cold temperatures in indoor and outdoor settings. The role requires the ability to see and operate equipment at distances of approximately 5 feet, as well as to perform detailed work at close distances.

Verbal communication of detailed information and reading English are essential.
