Location: Hershey, PA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Fast‑growing, employee‑friendly company seeking a full‑time Patient Service Representative.

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre‑certify services
• Conduct, communicate, and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company or plan procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

• Knowledge of anatomy and medical coding is a plus
