Position Overview

Full‑time Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pediatric Clinical Research Office, supporting clinical research in the Department of Pediatrics and its twenty divisions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational oversight of research projects, including NIH‑funded studies, clinical trials, and investigator‑initiated studies.
  • Assist with data collection, data entry into appropriate databases (REDCap), and organization of project materials.
  • Support recruitment and enrollment of research studies.
  • Collaborate with multiple principal investigators and research teams, ensuring compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements.
  • Maintain strong verbal and written communication and manage multi‑tasking responsibilities.
Preferred Background

Experience working with children and families is preferred.

Minimum Education , Work Experience & Required Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Required certifications:
    None.
Background Checks / Clearances

PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check are required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is offered.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $56,200.00 – $81,500.00, including all possible grades.

Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and a 75% tuition discount for employees and eligible families.
