Position OverviewFull‑time Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pediatric Clinical Research Office, supporting clinical research in the Department of Pediatrics and its twenty divisions.
Responsibilities- Provide operational oversight of research projects, including NIH‑funded studies, clinical trials, and investigator‑initiated studies.
- Assist with data collection, data entry into appropriate databases (REDCap), and organization of project materials.
- Support recruitment and enrollment of research studies.
- Collaborate with multiple principal investigators and research teams, ensuring compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements.
- Maintain strong verbal and written communication and manage multi‑tasking responsibilities.
Experience working with children and families is preferred.
Minimum Education , Work Experience & Required Certifications- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Required certifications:
None.
PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check are required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is offered.
Salary & BenefitsSalary range: $56,200.00 – $81,500.00, including all possible grades.
