• M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
• BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Completion of accredited General Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine Residency
• Completion of a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
