Job Description
- Research delinquent accounts.
- Direct contact with customers.
- Updated customer records.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Preferred SAP experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Some Excel knowledge.
- Manager is interested in seeing recent college grads with customer service experience.
- Will be researching delinquent accounts, contacting businesses on past due amounts, and updating customer records.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; needs to be computer savvy and able to quick up new systems quickly.
