- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
- Design and produce large-format graphics including:
- Interior & exterior signage
- Vehicle wraps
- Banners
- Trade show displays
- Dimensional graphics
- Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
- Perform color correction and ensure accurate color reproduction
- Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Operate large-format printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
- Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks for brand consistency and accuracy
- Maintain organized project documentation and production specifications
- Stay current with signage trends, materials, and production technologies
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred - Proven experience in signage and large-format print production
- Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not digital marketing or web-only design)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In Design
- Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and large-format production workflows
- Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
