We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Procurement to support contract execution, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation across the organization. This is a full‑time, on-site role in Hershey, PA. Salary: $94,000–$125,000 + excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies that optimize value, strengthen commercial and legal terms, and support organizational objectives across MHS and Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning (CHS).
Analyze enterprise-wide spending data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved service levels, enhanced flexibility, and reduced risk.
Lead strategic sourcing activities, including opportunity assessment, market analysis, RFP development, negotiation strategy, and contract execution.
Manage key supplier relationships to ensure performance, value delivery, and business continuity, while establishing backup suppliers for critical needs.
Uphold procurement standards and policies; review and approve contract and purchase requests across operating and capital budgets.
Partner with stakeholders across MHS, CHS, Finance, Legal, Risk, HR, and Safety to align procurement strategies with business needs and contribute to end‑to‑end process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.
Experience with sourcing and contracts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
High integrity and must serve as a positive role model for students.
Willingness to engage with students as part of the MHS community.
