Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation has annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Roles require product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
