Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (Nights)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced RN-
Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Herrin, IL.

Shift/

Schedule:

Nights | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week

Start Date:

2/16/2026

Contract:

13 weeks (extension potential based on performance and facility need)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Document accurately and comply with facility policies and protocols

Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance

Compensation:

Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Pay package details provided upon offer

Active RN license (compact or state as required)

Must have NIHSS Certification for Medical Stroke Unit

1+ years Med Surg experience preferred

Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

EMR - EPIC

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

Drug screen and background check (facility required)
