Role

Specifics and Benefits

In this CCU travel assignment, you’ll lead and participate in the critical management of patients with complex cardiac conditions, including post‑operative care for cardiac surgeries, acute coronary syndromes, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Core responsibilities include telemetry oversight, timely administration and adjustment of medications, ventilator and invasive monitoring management, rapid response in deteriorating scenarios, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

You’ll partner with physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans, discharge planning, and family education. The role is designed for growth: you’ll have opportunities to pursue Cardiac or Critical Care certifications, develop leadership within the unit, and broaden your expertise across different CCU models, further enhancing your bedside and collaborative skills. In recognition of your expertise, this assignment features competitive weekly pay in the range of $1,891 to $2,027, plus the potential for a sign‑on bonus and housing assistance to ease your transition.
