• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Must have an Illinois license.
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on‑boarding process.
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
• Proof of identification required.

1900 to 0730
Every other weekend expectation – Friday and Saturday nights.
Sunday nights are not considered a weekend.
7 days maximum time off.
