Role DescriptionThe role of Sponsorship and Fundraiser Professional is a contract position located in UT, conducted hybrid, mostly online. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential sponsors and donors, creating sponsorship proposals and applying grants. This role involves cultivating lasting partnerships and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to generate financial support and expand its outreach.
Qualifications- Experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and donor relations
- Skills in creating effective sponsorship proposals, event planning, and campaign management
- Strong interpersonal communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic planning, goal-setting, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environment
- Experience in nonprofit or community-focused organizations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
