We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our busy, fast‑paced office for two to four days per week
, with flexibility for the right clinician. This position offers unlimited growth potential and a clear path to ownership for a dentist who aligns clinically, culturally, and leadership‑wise. With an average of 120 new patients per month
, you will step into an environment with immediate demand, strong scheduling support, and meaningful case opportunities.

• Provide high‑quality general dentistry including diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care
• Perform comprehensive exams and create ethical, needs‑based treatment plans
• Educate patients using clear, relatable language that builds understanding and trust
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and patient advocates to deliver seamless care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Participate in team huddles, mentorship discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient‑first philosophy
• Comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Team‑oriented, humble, and accountable
• Growth‑minded with interest in mentorship, leadership, and long‑term partnership
