We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our busy, fast‑paced office for two to four days per week
, with flexibility for the right clinician. This position offers unlimited growth potential and a clear path to ownership for a dentist who aligns clinically, culturally, and leadership‑wise. With an average of 120 new patients per month
, you will step into an environment with immediate demand, strong scheduling support, and meaningful case opportunities.
- Provide high‑quality general dentistry including diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care
- Perform comprehensive exams and create ethical, needs‑based treatment plans
- Educate patients using clear, relatable language that builds understanding and trust
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and patient advocates to deliver seamless care
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Participate in team huddles, mentorship discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient‑first philosophy
- Comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Team‑oriented, humble, and accountable
- Growth‑minded with interest in mentorship, leadership, and long‑term partnership
