• Safely operating dozers to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, pushing earth or debris, and excavating as required.
• Proficient in forming stockpiles, excavating ponds, topsoil stripping, and grading Public Open Spaces (POS).
• Confident to grade and level the ground surface to the specified elevations and slopes required for roadways and building pads.
• Able to carry out daily pre‑start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, and communicate service requirements in a timely manner to the site management team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills.
• Able to manage time effectively.

• Any experience with or knowledge of GPS machine control would be advantageous.
• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets and experience operating Telehandlers, Dumpers, and Rollers.
• 5+ years of experience.

• Reliable & punctual.
• Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
• Right to work in the UK.

• CPCS/NPORS ADT Qualification.
• CSCS Affiliated NPORS – ADT Operator.
• Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific).

• CPCS/NPORS Excavator +/- 10t Tracked.
• CPCS Lifting Ops/NPORS Excavator as Crane.
• CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper.
• CPCS/NPORS Ride on Roller/Road Roller.
• CPCS/NPORS Telehandler.
