Early Years Teacher Herne Bay

Academics are seeking a warm and inspiring Early Years Teacher to join a lovely partner school in Herne Bay. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in Early Years and is passionate about fostering a love of learning right from the beginning of a child's education journey.

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons centred around play‑based learning
• Support children in developing early communication, social, and motor skills
• Foster curiosity, creativity, and independence
• Track and assess pupils’ development in line with EYFS guidelines
• Work closely with classroom assistants and nursery staff
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers

• EYTS / QTS / ECTs welcome
• Experience or strong interest in EYFS
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
