C# .NET Core Architect

We are seeking an experienced C# .NET Core Architect for a modernization project. In this role, you’ll work on designing, developing, and delivering critical product features in a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll also serve as a technical leader—guiding junior developers, ensuring best practices, and helping the team overcome obstacles to maintain development velocity.

This position requires deep expertise in full-stack .NET development, modern JavaScript frameworks, secure API design, and cloud deployments. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building scalable software from the ground up.

• Design, develop, and unit test robust .NET Core/C# backend and frontend features.

• Lead code reviews and collaborate on architectural decisions.

• Guide and mentor junior developers on coding best practices and design patterns.

• Evaluate third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks for integration.

• Implement and monitor application performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with the other senior members of the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.

• Help to improve engineering processes and application performance through thoughtful enhancements.

• Support releases and deployments, including production troubleshooting and alerting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.

• Expert-level proficiency with .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.

• Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or similar ORMs.

• Strong frontend experience using Angular or comparable modern JS frameworks.

• Proven ability to design and secure RESTful APIs (JWT, OAuth).

• Solid knowledge of cloud development, preferably AWS.

• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and using message queues.

• Background in application security, performance tuning, and scalability.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with modernization projects.
• AWS certifications (Developer or Solutions Architect).

• Collaborate with a talented, experienced team of developers and technical leaders.

• Enjoy flexibility with a remote-friendly environment.

• Influence architectural decisions and product direction.
