Security Officer - Patrol Alarm Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology office location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, incident documentation, and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, corridors, parking areas, loading and delivery zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns;
Monitor access points by observing entry and exit activity, verifying identification and/or authorization when directed, supporting visitor check-in processes, and assisting with after-hours access control procedures;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs using site systems, and communicate relevant observations during shift handoff to support continuity of security-related operations
