Position: Security Officer - Patrol with Tablet
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, common areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, sales floor activity, and high-traffic areas, documenting observations and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to site leadership;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate professionally with staff and visitors, and support loss prevention efforts through visible presence and customer assistance
