Security Officer - Courtesy Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $22.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter routes as assigned.;
Monitor for unusual activity, property damage, and unauthorized access, and help to deter incidents through visible presence and professional engagement.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting property management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as directed.;
Complete timely reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and customer service activities, and assist with access control and visitor processing in accordance with post orders.
