This position requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
The Program Security Representative will perform a variety of SCI security related duties and ensure the coordination of SCI security practices and procedures. This is an entry level position with 1+ years of related experience.
Security disciplines include, but are not limited to: program security, personnel security, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), Requests for Access (RFA), SCI nominations, classified meeting support, program management support, indoctrinations, debriefings, security incident investigations, access control, visitor control, and classification management utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines.
Candidate must also be able to create presentations and provide Security Education and Awareness training, write/develop/implement procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Desired skills- Experience using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, compartment/Special Access Programs experience, government inspection preparation, classified destruction requirements, customer service, ICD 705 requirements, coordination of classified visits, outstanding communication (verbal/written).

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
