Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site role is based in Herndon, VA. The BT Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, conducting market research, and representing the hotel at events and meetings to promote corporate business travel services.
Qualifications- Proven sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in corporate travel management and business development
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and client relationship management tools
- Strategic thinking with market analysis and planning skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and as part of a dynamic team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work on-site at the Herndon, VA location and participate in networking or industry events
