Take orders, coordinate activities in the Store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate Fed Ex Office products and services;
Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output;
Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including handling cash and making change;
Assist in training store team members and support others;
Ensure customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
