A leading dairy cooperative in Herndon, Virginia is looking for a Director of FSQR, responsible for overseeing quality assurance and regulatory compliance at its plants. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in food manufacturing, strong knowledge of USDA and FDA standards, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Biology. Essential duties include directing quality managers, maintaining food safety plans, and ensuring audit readiness.

Competitive salary is offered in the range of $150,000 - $210,000 annually.
