The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in systems engineering, proficiency in SQL databases, and familiarity with Service Oriented architectures. This role involves significant technical planning and engagement with government stakeholders, in a dynamic and critical environment.

Salary range is $135,000 - $216,000.
