Suffolk is seeking bold, curious, innovative, and caring individuals. The Project Accountant plays a key role in tracking and reporting on the project’s financial performance.

• Process the monthly owner requisition
• Process subcontractor requisitions
• Ensure the subcontractor complies with contract terms and conditions (insurance, billing procedures, etc.)
• Process budget updates
• Process cost transfers
• Select invoices for the weekly disbursement cycle
• Monitor and track the cash position of the project
• Assist the Corporate Risk Manager with the administration of a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP)
• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Executives on all facets of project accounting and administration issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another relevant field
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
• 3‑5 years of related experience
