Senior Program Manager, APAC

Hawk Eye 360 is seeking a Senior Program Manager (SPM) for our Asia Pacific (APAC) programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Programs, the APAC Senior Program Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success through effective program delivery and service excellence.

This role may require working in-country with the client for up to 6 months or frequent travel ranging from 40-60% per month. Initial in-country deployments are typically required to support the stand up of capabilities such as data integration, platform integration, and analysis support, and related training.

In addition to customer contract execution and coordination with their Program Management team, the Senior Program Manager will also interface with internal teams to effectively deliver contractual products and services.

• Lead a major customer-facing project on the International portfolio, managing all deliverables and Sub-Contracts within budget and scope of the defined Statement of Work.
  • This program will include the deployment of RF and Geospatial Software Platforms via Cloud to the customer’s facility
  • Data delivery and integration into said platforms
  • Organizing analyst resources that will deliver value add analysis based on the customers stated use cases
  • Possible change control contract responsibilities as requirements are further gathered from the customer
• The senior program manager will need to:
  • Track schedule and resources while managing the overall program budget, ensuring decisions for resource allocation are made with efficiency in mind
  • Manage Subcontractors, tracking their deliverables and cost to the overall program
  • Develop and execute a strategy to optimize operations, including collection planning and analysis support, as defined by the contract
    • Make recommendations on when to use Subcontractor resources to fulfill customer requirements
  • Drive internal development efforts from engineering, solutions, and product teams, as well as other functional groups throughout the company (such as finance, legal, and regulatory) as needed to identify, resource, complete, and deliver any development work or technical challenges needed to meet the program’s requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within budget during the execution of the contract
  • Communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders about the status of the Project
• Track financial and deliverable progress against milestone and KPIs as defined by the SOW
  • Provide Internal Finance team necessary information for Purchase Order and Invoice management
  • Facilitate the invoicing for services of Subcontractors
• Serve as the face to the customer, reporting on the status of the project on a routine basis (possibly daily) while providing quality customer support and professional, constructive communication and planning.
• In addition to potentially living within country for up to 6 months, the candidate may be required to travel back to CONUS for Program Review meetings within HE360 and Subcontract stakeholders
• Support calls during non-business hours both in customers time zone (UTC+8) as well as Eastern Standard (UTC-5)
• Maintain good relationships with contacts in key customer organizations with the goal of building and maintaining customer advocacy for the program.

• 12+ years professional program management experience
• M.S. or B.S. in engineering, business, or another related field.
• Particularly strong work experience may be deemed equivalent for candidates with alternative degrees.
• Demonstrated effective management of requirements and deliveries for complex projects.
• Desire and ability to operate in environments without established structure and processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading or supporting multidisciplinary project teams executing to desired outcomes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in professional and/or customer service settings
• Familiarity with RF and Geospatial Platforms and data integration
