Mover, Maintenance​/Cleaning

• Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small‑talk) with everyone you meet—especially clients.
• Present a polished appearance (uniform worn correctly) and a positive attitude (smiles, eye contact).
• Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring 110% satisfaction before giving estimates.
• Operate safely at all times.
• Perform daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment).
• Ensure the truck has receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions: when to dispose, donate or recycle; how to package items and load the truck; how to market during downtime.
• Lead the team by example, demonstrating core values.
• Help train new hires on day‑to‑day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Prevent careless mistakes that could cause damage, injury, unhappy clients or lost equipment.
• Check in regularly with your supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Must enjoy hard work, world‑class customer service and helping others.
• Must want to be part of a growing organization and be excited about huge opportunities.
• Must be drug‑ and alcohol‑free.
• Must pass a federal background check.

Compensation: $11–$15 per hour (DOE) plus tips and performance‑based bonuses.
