Software Tester – Automation & Manual Testing

Requirements Must have:

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing
• Proven experience in testing and debugging COTS/GOTS software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of identifying edge cases
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member
• Active/Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time

• Conduct comprehensive software testing, both manual and automated
• Test application functionalities to ensure cybersecurity compliance and protection against threats
• Improve software testing capabilities for our customers GOTS applications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all software testing-related activities
• Acquire knowledge of applications and develop test cases for newly added features
• Execute regression testing to ensure the product's integrity
• Document failed tests with clear screenshots/graphics and descriptions
• Attend user forums to gain insight into users' experiences and issues with the applications
• Work closely with developers to address and verify fixes for identified bugs or defects
