SAP NS2 Legal Intern Ns2 Company Description

This position requires access to customer data;
Must be a U.S. citizen. SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsor ships for this role. All interns must have manager’s approval to transfer.

LEGAL INTERN

The SAP NS2 Legal team is seeking a Legal Intern for the Summer of 2026 to support its legal, compliance, and contracts functions. In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage and provide guidance on contracts and company policies and procedures, and address legal issues on a broad range of topics related to national security, government contracts, export controls and sanctions, cybersecurity, and employment law.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research and respond to legal questions from various business lines
  • Review and revise customer and supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other types of related agreements
  • Update company policies and procedures and provide guidance regarding the same
Requirements and Skills:
  • Capable of working independently while managing competing priorities and keeping management fully informed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in the Washington DC Metro area
  • Hybrid work schedule, with attendance in the Herndon, VA office three days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) and remotely two days per week (Monday/Friday)
Education requirements:
  • Rising 2L or 3L law student
  • Bachelor's degree
