SAP NS2 Service Now Developer - Remote

SAP NS2 is currently seeking a Service Now Developer to join their team. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Developing, customizing, and maintaining Service Now applications, modules, and integration
• Working with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality.
• Staying up to date with Service Now releases and contributing to continuous improvement effort

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related. Years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of working with Service Now, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
• Proficiency with Service Now development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Certified Service Now Administrator required
• Certified Service Now Developer required
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and development experience required
• Service Now Product Experience preferred in the following Modules SPM, IRM, Sec Ops and ITOM
  • SPM (Strategic Portfolio Mgmt.), IRM (Integrated Risk Mgmt.), Sec Ops (Security Ops), ITOM (IT Operations Mgmt.)
• ITIL Processes knowledge and certification
• Service Now Product Experience with Knowledge Management
• SCRUM framework and methodology
• Angular Java, Java Script
• Rest API, WSDL and JSON
• Mobile App Development experience preferred
• Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
• English:
  Fluent
• Travel: 0-10%
